It's actually common to include the logo of the funeral home performing the service at the end of the obituary.

I had a friend growing up with the name Amanda Butts. She recently got married and is now Amanda Butts Johnson. Not even joking, this is a thing that happened.

The out of office calendar at my office just specifies the person's first name and then the word 'out' to note that they are away. So when the owner of the company is gone, the calendar just reads "Dick out". It is difficult not to giggle like a teenager at that.
